Muelle Poblado de Boquerón

Muelle Poblado de Boquerón is a pier in Boquerón village, on the south-west coast of Puerto Rico. In this area, you’ll find many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and hotels. The local Boquerón Beach (Balneario de Boquerón) is rated as one of the best on the island and was awarded Blue Flag Beach status. Located in the Caribbean Sea to the east of the Dominican Republic and west of the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico is a US territory with a long history. Before Columbus arrived here in 1493, the island had been inhabited for more than 3,000 years. The colonial period has left behind various forts and architectural landmarks, attracting tens of thousands of tourists per year.
