AVAILABILITY OF THE MOORING PLACE
The User has full availability of the berth reserved for him, which the Management of the Tourist Port undertakes to keep free with the means at his disposal, when the latter should be absent for any period of time. The moorings are noted in a special register (paper or electronic) kept at the Port Management, containing the indication of the names of the users, the latter have the obligation to moor their units at the berth assigned to them. This register is available to the Maritime Authority and the police forces for any checks.
The Port Management has the right to change the mooring structure at any time by modifying the assignments of the berths for their own needs, providing, where necessary, for moving the units with their own means and personnel. It is strictly forbidden to exchange berths between users.
IDENTIFICATION OF UNITS AND MARKINGS
All users, regardless of the type of berth occupied by them, within one hour of arrival at the port of the unit must go to the Port Management and complete a notification form, which contains all the data of the unit, the User and any other information deemed useful. The User must make the advance payment for the parking and the services requested. The User is responsible both for administrative and operational purposes for the veracity of his "notification form".
Each unit moored in the port must be clearly identifiable by the personnel employed by the Port Management. The User must therefore ensure that the name or serial number of his unit is clearly distinguishable from the quay or pier. For boats or boats without a registration number, name or other distinctive sign, the Port Management will be able to prepare a suitable numbered sticker that the user will be obliged to display on board in a clearly visible position. Each unidentifiable unit will be considered by the Management as "illegally occupying a mooring place" and therefore it may be ordered to move away to restore the availability and usability of the mooring place according to the methods also indicated in the preceding paragraphs.
ANCHORS
Exception made for emergencies, it is forbidden to anchor the anchor inside the marina without due authorization from the Management of the Marina. Any costs deriving from anchor release operations that may become necessary will be totally borne by the user.
MOORINGS
The units must be moored safely and according to the correct maritime regulations. Each berth is equipped with a mooring system consisting of dead bodies, catenaries, rings and bollards. The maintenance of these structures is the responsibility of the Company. In the berths reserved with an annual contract, the User is required to custody, maintain and replace the mooring lines from the chain hanger (trappa) to the edge and from the edge to the quay / pier, whose efficiency and adequacy is the sole responsible. The User is the one and only responsible for the adequacy and efficiency of the mooring line from the edge to the quay and the mooring line from the edge to the chain hanger (trappa) for the only part that is on board.
The Port Management can however replace any mooring line by authority, with the right to recourse against the User, if it finds in it a state of precariousness such as to affect its safety. The Company is in no case responsible for damage resulting from inefficiency or insufficient mooring of the units in relation to the structure and composition of the components mentioned above. The User cannot modify the port mooring system (chains, rings, bollards, etc.) let alone the systems of supply of the subsidiary services (water, electricity, etc.), should this occur, the Company reserves the right, due to the prejudice to safety deriving, the immediate removal of the unit from the mooring holding the payment made by the user as part of the compensation for the damage suffered, reserving, however, any further action of recourse.
In order to prevent wear of the mooring lines and the flooring, users are obliged (when indicated by the Management) to cover the cables of their cables on the ground with adequate protections. Any ordinary or extraordinary maintenance and painting operations are prohibited in the berth. The aforementioned operations may be allowed only in the areas specifically used and administratively destined for this purpose (if available), in any case only with prior written authorization from the Port Management and subordinate to the written or verbal operating instructions given by the latter.
The Restrictive Policy doesn't allow any refund.
