We got instructions to move in. The place and marina is very good, we liked the city, lot's of choices for restaurants, store very close to marina. We got instructions to move in when we approached the marina, but the inner pass was very narrow, we had to stop and get backwards and turn around barel... y avoiding anther boats already at the dock. And there other 3 boats coming behind us, so was very confusing, the instructions from the docking crew were not clear. But then they found us an easy place to dock - on the outside. We were afraid it will be not safe and the boat will be rocked (we were near big boats), but it was OK, we didn't had any problems. If we didn't had a reservation, we most likely would be not able to dock there - lot's of boats.  Read more

Marina Rules

Entering ACI Marina Korcula. Caution is required when approaching the marina from the east as there are few shoal patches nearby. In the approach from the south, the safest route is by rounding the Sestrice and Stupe Velike lighthouses from the north.

When approaching from Hvar through the Peljašac Channel, the ACI Marina Korcula is sighted after rounding the red lighthouse, which serves as a landmark, and the whole of the peninsula. During summer storms, the western part of the town harbour should be avoided.

Safety note: An enormous swell is caused by bura or the ferries so make your mooring lines fast and keep distance from the quay.
